我公司承建的浙江省金華市第二生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年10月1日通過72+24小時試運行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for the 2nd waste incineration power plant in Jinhua, Zhejiang passed the 72 + 24 hour trial operation on October 1, 2021.
該項目總處理規(guī)模為3000噸/日，其中一期處理規(guī)模為2250噸/日，采用三套750噸/日的焚燒線，二期再增加一套750噸/ 日的焚燒線；配置2×35MW汽輪機發(fā)電機組。煙氣處理采用SNCR+濃縮液回噴系統(tǒng)+旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法+干法(NaHCO3干粉)+ 活性炭吸附+布袋除塵器工藝，為我司EP工程。
The capacity of the plant is 3000 tons / day (t/d), of which the capacity of phase I is 2250 t/d. Three sets of 750 t/d incineration lines are adopted. The other 750 t/d incineration line is added in phase II, applying 2 × 35 MW steam turbine. The FGC applies SNCR+Concentrated liquid recirculating spray system+rotary spray semi-dry (SDA) + dry process (NaHCO3 solid lime powder) + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter process. It's an EP project of Huaxing East.
